Nicholas Mitchel Program Manager, Emerging Leadership Fellowship
Nicholas Mitchel is the Program Manager for the Emerging Leadership Fellowship, where he assists recent graduates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in transitioning into careers within Baltimore City agencies. He is passionate about empowering the next generation and aims to utilize their unique strengths to build stronger, more resilient communities.
Nicholas brings extensive community-based professional experience to this role. His background includes serving as a Human-Centered Design Fellow at Enoch Pratt, co-founding the Greenmount West Community Center, and developing "Noisy Burger," a project in collaboration with high school students from Baltimore City Public Schools.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Nicholas is a devoted husband, father, and creative individual.
