Leisha's Fellowship:

Leisha works closely with the executive director to build program capacity through administrative and development support. She is responsible for tracking and maintaining program records, as well as assisting in grant writing, fundraising, and sponsor development. All Baltimore Youth Arts staff are responsible for mentoring 2-3 youth members, assisting youth in setting and tracking goals, applying for jobs, identifying needs, referring youth to services, and providing stable and positive relationships.
