I'm Treston Codrington and I am placed at the Department of Planning. As the Clean Corps Fellow, I will be serving as a project manager, coordinating cleaning crews in nine underserved and under resourced neighborhoods of Baltimore City. Clean Corps will hire Baltimore un- or underemployed residents to clean and care for community-selected sites, including maintaining vacant lots, alleys, and trash receptacles in specific neighborhoods and in partnership with the neighborhood’s association and residents. I bring deep experience in community engagement and planning community-centered processes to this work. I hope to uplift and empower my Baltimore neighbors to participate in making their communities cleaner and safer places to live.
Tara Bhardvaj
Impact Analyst, Enoch Pratt Library

Tara is a data scientist with a passion for applying data science techniques to better the world. She cares deeply about creating a more just world where people are able to flourish and enrich the world via their unique perspectives and talents. She works as an Impact Analyst Fellow for the Enoch Pratt Free Library (EPFL). EPFL is an amazing organization that does so much to support Baltimore communities and the Maryland’s libraries via an array of services ranging from loaning out books, to providing wraparound services for local communities. Tara is excited to put her skills and experience to use as a part of this amazing organization in order to expand access for Baltimore residents.
Sonyae Williams
Project Coordinator, Baltimore Collegetown Network
2022- 23
Sonyae serves as the Project Coordinator for the Baltimore Collegetown Network. She is responsible for monitoring and managing the Collegetown Shuttle, one of the organization’s most prominent programs that transports over 85,000 riders each year between multiple colleges and area destinations. Sonyae also oversees many of BCN’s Communities of Practice including, but not limited to: Baltimore Colleges and Universities for a Sustainable Environment (B’CaUSE), Baltimore Student Exchange Program (BSEP), and Emergency Management for all campuses. Sonyae is originally a New Jersey native but has been a resident of Baltimore for almost 10 years! She has tons of experience in mentoring youth and community involvement and is passionate about being an advocate to all underserved communities and neighborhoods through impactful and meaningful actions.
Nzingha Campbell
Food Policy Fellow, Baltimore CIty Dept of Planning
2022- 23
As the Food Policy Fellow Nzingha will be working to implement online SNAP incentives, continue produce box distribution and engage in community outreach to expand food equity in Baltimore City.
Nzingha is a longtime Baltimore resident growing up in Loch Raven and East Baltimore. She has a bachelors degree in Political Science from McDaniel College, with a focus on urban communities. She is passionate about bringing direct services and resources to underserved communities in Baltimore City.
Outside of work she enjoys hiking, home improvement shows, spoiling her two cats and traveling with her family.
Nichelle Robinson Hernandez
Communications Specialist at Baltimore Corps.

Nichelle develops and manages Baltimore Corps' creative content, marketing, public relations, strategic communications, and all things media. Last year, she served as a Content Creator Associate with Public Allies Baltimore. Nichelle was born in New York, and loves anything coconut. Nichelle is a Howard University Alumna, C/O 2020.

Hello everyone my name is Nasheed Hargrove and i am a new fellow here with the Baltimore corps. I will be a project coordinator with the Baltimore city school system I will be helping support city schools implementation of the Marylands leads grant. Just a few things about me I am a Norfolk state university alum and I am apart of the Delta Zeta chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. I have experience with content creation and managing projects.
Molisa Thomas

Molisa is from Memphis, TN. She has been in the Maryland area for over ten years. Molisa holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is the staff attorney fellow for Baltimore Corps. She will support and coordinate with the General counsel on legal affairs of a growing non profit.
Michael Thomas
Housing & Community Development Fellow, Baltimore County Dept of Housing & Community Development

Currently Michael Thomas is a Baltimore Corps Fellow. Through Baltimore Corps Michael worked as a Housing and Community Development Fellow with the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development for 10 months. Michael assisted the Director of Housing and Community Development with managing special projects, coordinating community service programs, research and provided advice based on his years of housing and real-estate experience. Michael is an experienced housing professional with a passion for equitable community development in Maryland’s neighborhoods. He is driven to develop programs and projects that result in more successful families and communities. He has the ability to reimagine neighborhoods – building upon their existing assets, creating a roadmap to enhance and create value, then implementing a clear plan along with a group of diverse partners including local governments, neighborhood residents, and private funders. Through his own life experience, Michael understands how homeownership will change the trajectory of one’s life in the most impactful ways.

Joy Davis
Brain Health Fellow, Baltimore City Health Dept.

As a Baltimore Corps Fellow, Joy will be working as the Brain Health Fellow in the Baltimore City Health Department Division of Aging. She will provide project coordination for the Brain Health Initiative by seeking to address the suspected high rates of Alzheimer's Disease and related Disorders experienced by the African American population in Baltimore. Joy has a background in social work and human services, and most recently provided programmatic support during Baltimore City Health Department's Covid-19 response.
Jess Fink
Food Policy Data Fellow, Baltimore City Dept of Planning

Jessica joined the Department of Planning as a Food Policy Data Fellow through Baltimore Corps. She received her BA in International Relations and Development from George Washington University and an MS in Health and Medical Policy focusing on public health leadership and management from George Mason University. Jessica has experience in community engagement, public health education, data analytics, and health policy analysis. Her areas of interest include food access, nutrition education, and food system resilience.
Jake Crouse

This year, I will be working at the Neighborhood Impact Investment Fund (NIIF) as the Community Lending Fellow where I will support impact evaluation, community development lending, and organizational operations. Prior to this role, I helped to create affordable housing units as a construction crew supervisor at the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity and I supported schools in Baltimore (as a student teacher) and in DC (as a bookkeeper/accountant). I was born and raised in PG County, Maryland and I am a proud alumnus of Eleanor Roosevelt High School, the University of Maryland, and Johns Hopkins University.

Hello! My name is Ellis Lee, and I am proud to serve our community as Project Manager for Continuum of Care / Journey Home. My goal is to aid in ensuring that homelessness is rare and brief for the citizens of Baltimore City, also meeting with other organizations and citizens to further understand their needs! Crystal joins the Baltimore Corps Fellowship as a member of the Maryland Out of School Time Network. As the Learning Coordinator with MOST she will be working with network partners to develop a robust professional development and technical assistance program for out of school time professionals in Baltimore and across the state of Maryland. Crystal comes to the position with more than 20 years of experience in out of school time programming and classroom teaching. She looks forward to continuing her work advocating for all children to have access to quality programming in their out of school time.

I was warmly welcomed as the Communications Fellow for the Center for Hope, a Lifebridge Health Group, to spread the message and awareness of the mission and its accomplishment. As a Communications Fellow, my role is to give voices to the unheard and tell the untold stories. Communications encompasses messaging for the website, social media, print, etc. I hope to be a blessing to the Center for Hope because I am blessed to work with them. I bring an eclectic array of experience from my previous roles in Marketing, Communications, and Operations in the Non-Profit Sector, in the DMV area, to this fellowship role. I studied and received my degree in Communications of Journalism from Morgan State University.

I work within Office of Economic Development & Community Partnerships at Johns Hopkins University, serving as the Alumni Manager for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in conjunction with Bloomberg Philanthropies. This is a private-public partnership which aims to create jobs and drive economic growth through greater access to education, financial capital and business support services here in Baltimore. My passion lies at intersection of business and social impact through corporate philanthropy to create more equitable economic opportunities. I am originally from Nantucket, Massachusetts, a graduate of Boston College, and served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) here in Baltimore.

Angelique Fuller is a dedicated IT professional with a strong background in user troubleshooting and platform management, specializing in MAC OS. Currently, she serves as the IT Support Associate at Baltimore Corps. Angelique collaborates closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless system functionality and provide vital IT support for effective workflow.
Angelique's passion for technology was sparked during her tenure at MetroPCS. She earned A+ certification and honed her technical skills as a technician at Apple for three years, where she also achieved iOS certification. Currently, she is pursuing further business education while training for Security+ certification, demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth in the IT field.
Known for being reliable, empathetic, and steadfast, Angelique strives to deliver the best IT support possible. Outside of work, she enjoys music, songwriting, and performing, showcasing a creative side alongside her technical expertise.

I am Philip Muriel and I am a Project Coordinator for Baltimore City Public Schools, currently working on Maryland’s new Kirwan Commission Plan. I will be supporting staff at BCPS as they complete their portion of the plan in efforts to bridge racial equity gaps in education and administration within the school system. Being born and raised in Baltimore, my lifelong work is dedicated to leaving my mark here by working with initiatives that are aiming to rid the city of its many disparities with emphasis on marginalized groups and communities. Being a professional photographer and artist, I’m also deeply passionate about the arts and contributing anyway I can to Baltimore’s art ecosystem.
Chanya Anderson
Senior Manager for Youth Grantmaking, Baltimore’s Promise
2022- 23
Chanya Anderson is a 2022-23 Baltimore Corps Fellow. Currently, Chanya is the Senior Manager, Youth Grantmaking at Baltimore’s Promise where she works with 15 Baltimore City youth and young adults between the ages of 16 and 25 to establish a permanent youth-led grantmaking structure in Baltimore. Chanya has a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Arts degree both in Criminology. Her previous projects include examining the relationships between fatherhood and desistance for individuals previously incarcerated, police violence as a reaction to Black civil resistance, and race and location on corporal punishment for Black children in the south. As a Baltimore native, when not working, Chanya enjoys finding new places to eat, reading, and hanging out with her son.

My name is A.J. Hundertmark and I work as a site coordinator with Project Pneuma. Project Pneuma is a social-emotional learning program focused on holistic growth for the young men, in grades 4 to 8, in Baltimore City. In my role, I ensure that our daily programming runs effectively while building relationships with the school staff and families as we provide support and growth opportunities to our students. As a resident of the county since birth, I have spent my entire life in and around the city so making a change here is important to me. My other interests include exploring the outdoors, sports, and film/television.
